Once your have placed your order please DO NOT proceed with payment until we contact you via email regarding freight charges. The freight charge will depend on your postcode and the parcels weight. We will only charge you what it costs to send the parcel no extra handling charges. When you have been advised of the freight charge and you have given approval for the payment we will debit your credit card or you can send a money order or make a bank deposit or pay via Paypal.

SHIPPING:

We will wrap and address your parcels carefully. Our posting days are Monday and Thursday and a confirmation email will be sent advising of the date of despatch.

REFUNDS:

We will happily accept returns with a full refund of the purchase price excluding postage or merchandise credit. Conditions of return are that the items are returned within 7 days in the same condition as purchased at the buyers expense. Refund will be given by paypal refund if this was the mode of payment or bank transfer. Please give your bank details if you require a refund by bank transfer.
