Our Conduct

When you place an order to purchase a product from Country HeartStrings, we will send you an e-mail confirming your purchase order and a second email with postage included. This order is considered a binding document and will be treated as so.

We will at all times where posible keep Country HeartStrings online and available to its customer. However, due to the unstable nature of the internet we cannot grantee Country HeartStrings will be online 100% of the time.

We will notify you as soon as possible if for any reason your order cannot be filled.

Events beyond our control

Country HeartStrings cannot be held responsible for any delay in relation to the speed of the Australian postal service. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it at your expense within 7 days of purchase in the same condition that it was purchased and a refund or credit will be arranged.
