Buying from Country HeartStrings is a breeze! We offer the ability to pay your account via PayPal, Direct bank deposit, Cheque/Money order and Credit Card.
Shopping with us is really easy, simply press the join now button on the top left hand side of the page. Follow the prompts and fill in all necessary information. You can then start shopping. In addition, being a member of countryheartstrings gives you many benefits. Such as when new items are added or items are reduced you will get an email and will be notified on any other special promotions or discounts, you have the benefit of a permanent shopping cart. Which means that you can log in at any time and your items are still in your cart, and the ability to add your items to our wishlist.
Once you have found a product you would like to purchase click on the add to cart button which is located below the description of the product you will also see the add to wishlist button which you can use for items that you might like to buy at a later time and do not want to have to search for. When you have finished shopping press the checkout button at the bottom of the page.
Once you have clicked this button you will be taken to your shopping cart. From this area you are able to delete products or update the amount you would like to purchase. When you are happy with your items click on the checkout button which is located below the sub-total.
You will now be taken to a page that contains the shipping information. Due to CountryHeartStrings having an account with Australia post we are able to offer you a cheaper rate on your shipping costs. However, this needs to be manually added to the total cost of your product and is done at a later time. Simply click on the continue button.
You will then be taken to the payment information area of CountryHeartStrings. From this area you are able to chose which payment method you would like to use. Simply click the round button to the left of the payment choices and click the continue button.
The final step is the order confirmation. This page gives you the ability to update your postal address if it is incorrect. Once you are happy with where the item will be posted to, simply click the confirm order button and your order will be placed. finally, you will get a separate invoice with the postage amount and an authority to sign if you have chosen to pay with credit card
